ANJANA'S ROLE IN KITCHEN
Anjana Multipurpose Jar-Capacity 1.50 ltrs
Wet/Dry Grinding, Vegetable Grating, Mincing, Ice Crushing, Churning.
 
For Instance,
Idli Paste-Soak Urad Dal & Idli Rice separately for about 3-4 hours.
Clean and drain water from Dal & Rice.
Put Dal in Multipurpose Jar, inch 4-5 times, add water and run Mixer Grinder in 3rd Speed for 30 secs.
Stop and Ladle in between  to allow air bubbles to escape. Don't add too much water.
Put Rice in Multipurpose Jar, add required water, inch 4-5 times, run Mixer Grinder in 3rd Speed for 30 secs. Stop and Ladle in between to allow air bubbles to escape. run for another 30 secs for a fine finish.
Mix Dal & Rice paste together by hand. Add salt to taste. Keep aside over night for fermentation.
 
Anjana Chutney Jar - Capacity 0.50 Ltrs
Turmeric, Dry Ginger, Red Chilli, Chutney, etc..
 
For Instance,
Chutney-put Ingredients, inch & powder it without adding water.
Add required water and run Mixer Grinder on 3rd Speed for 30 secs.
Chutney ready.
 
Anjana Grind & Serve Jar-Capacity 0.33 Ltrs
Very Little quantities Of Pepper, Garlic & Idli Podi.
For Instance,
Garlic Chopping -Put 2-3 cloves of garlic and inch twice.
Pepper Powder-Put 10-15 Pepper Seeds and inch 3-4 times.
ANJANA'S SAFETY SWITCH
Function of Safety Switch
Our Mixer Grinder is fitted with a Safety Switch at its bottom. It is fixed in series with Motor for enhanced protection.
The role of Safety Switch is to protect Motor from overloading beyond its optimum capacity.
In case of overloading, the Safety Switch will trip open,  safeguard the Motor and turns off the Mixer Grinder.
 
Restarting the Mixie
Please wait for few minutes to allow Motor & Safety Switch to cool down.
Remove extra load (ingredient materials) from Jar.
Lift the Mixer Grinder and press Safety Switch (red knob) projecting out of the bottom.
CLEAN & CARE
While the Mixer Grinder is not in use, please keep the same in a cool, dry place.
After usage, clean the Jar Assemblies thoroughly with water and store the Jar in inverted position.
When the Mixer Grinder is not in use, unplug the Plug & Chord.
Do not tamper with the Mixer Grinder Unit.
Do not operate the Jar Assemblies without Dome.
Do not operate the Mixer Grinder with damaged Plug & Chord.
Do not Grind / Blend hot ingredients.

For large quantities of Chutney, use this Jar

Tomato Chutney, Coconut Chutney, etc.
